1.Proceed to the Smart Locker location and tap the "Put In" button on the screen.
2.Select the "User Put In" option on the page.
3.Enter your personal mobile phone number (an incorrect number length will trigger a system error); once entered, tap the "Next Step" button.
4.Select the appropriate "Fault Code" and enter the "Number of Mobile Phones" being deposited; after filling this out, tap the "Next Step" button. (Users who pre-booked a deposit via the app may skip this step.) Subsequently, a secondary confirmation prompt for your mobile number will appear; if the information is correct, tap "Confirm"; if incorrect, tap "Cancel" to return and make corrections.
5.The system will automatically assign and open a locker compartment. Place your mobile phone inside the compartment, close the locker door, and the deposit operation is complete.
6.A staff member will subsequently visit the Smart Locker to retrieve the device and perform the necessary repair work.
⏰👋**Device Pickup Procedure**👋⏰
1.Once the mobile phone repair is complete, a staff member will return the device to the Smart Locker. You will then receive a WhatsApp or SMS notification containing a "Pick Up Code."
2. Upon arriving at the Smart Locker, tap the "Take Out" button on the screen and enter the "Pick Up Code" you received.
3.If no repair fees are due: The system will directly display the compartment number containing your device. The compartment will open automatically; simply retrieve your mobile phone and close the locker door.
If repair fees are due: The system will display a QR code for payment. Scan the code to complete the payment; the corresponding compartment will then open automatically. Simply retrieve your mobile phone and close the locker door.
