You can book this service any time of the day or night at home, all on your schedule.  You do not need to wait in line after reaching the service center. Within a few minutes, you'll have put the seal on your Repair plans.

Once you book a slot following the completion of a couple of easy steps, the Repair process is activated. We begin to work towards identifying your Phone’s issue(s), using the information provided. In effect, the repair is halfway through before you arrive & no extra charge is incurred.  


STEP 1 Download and open the Carlcare App, and Tap Get Priority Service. This will transfer you to the main page of the Reservation Service.

STEP 2 Select, Make a Reservation.

STEP 3 On this page, fill in specifics regarding your intended visit for Repair.You’ll be required to input your preferred Carlcare centre, a date, personal information (usually a name & phone number) & lastly, a brief but, detailed description of the phone problem you face.

STEP 4 Check well to ensure you have given correct information & SUBMIT.
