To update your phone, open your app drawer and Go to Settings - Scroll down and tap on SYSTEM – and select SYSTEM UPDATE – and select ONLINE UPDATE. Make sure you have a strong internet connection before performing the update. Also make sure your phone battery level is above 50% before updating your device.

INTERNAL MEMORY STORAGE SPACE:

Your Infinix phone could be restarting on its own due to low internal memory.

Deleting unnecessary files and large video files, can help in freeing some memory blocks on your device internal memory.

It is advisable to always leave at least 2 Gigabyte of free internal memory space so as to enable your phone perform well.

In order for to know what is actually consuming your memory space more, go to settings, Storage, Tap on Internal memory. You will see a well detailed information on what is consuming more memory space.

Cached files from your applications could also be occupying some unnecessary memory space.

 In order to clear cached files easily without stress, open your play store and download phone master.

FREE UP RAM MEMORY:

Your Infinix phone can keep on restarting or rebooting due to low free ram memory, and this is caused due to too many apps running in the background. You can free up ram memory by closing those applications, leave only few apps running in the background in order to avoid making your phone to be restarting and lagging due to low free ram memory.

RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS:

You can only consider this option when you have tried the whole above solutions and the problem still persists.

Note: Before you proceed to restoring factory settings, you need to backup your files because factory reset  will wipe out all the existing data on your phone.

Once you are done with the backup, GO TO SETTINGS – scroll down and select SYSTEM – select RESET OPTIONS – tap on ERASE ALL DATA (FACTORY SETTINGS), input your phone password if you have one set up on the device and tap on continue and allow the device to do the rest .
