1. Limited Warranty Period:

LED TV 12+12 Months labor free
Electric fan、Microwave、Blender、Rice cooker、Sandwich maker、Juice maker、Home theater、Gas cooker、Iron、Kettle、Mist fan、Water dispenser、Rechargeable fan、Electric fan 12+1 Months

 

Note: 12+12 Months labor free means that it is free for both spare parts and labor cost within the first 12 months warranty; then only free for labor cost for the second 12 months, but not free for the spare parts cost. 

 

2. The Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • To damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an Authorized Service Provider.
  • No responsibility is assumed for any special, incidental or consequential damages. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product or loss of parts, not following instructions or subjecting the product to any but the specified voltage.
  • The warranty will become void if the equipment is not protected against power surges and fluctuations because of not using recommended voltage stabilizers.
  • This warranty will become void once the serial number of the equipment is altered, defaced or removed.
  • This warranty card is confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is not transferable.

 

 

3. Notification:

  • During warranty service, the contents of the storage media may be deleted and reformatted.
  • The warranty card is confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is not transferable.
  • The above terms and conditions apply only to Syinix products sold within the territory of Gambia.
