  1. At this moment, this service is only applicable to users in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda.
  2. The user can only access this free service within 100 days of activating the smartphone
  3. There is only one chance to get a cracked screen replaced for free during a valid period.
  4. This service is only available to damage caused by accidental falls, crushing, squeezing, or collisions.
  5. Please note that this free service does not cover any phone damage that occurs as a result of human mishandling
  6. The free replacement service is only for the damaged screen replacement and does not cover other repairs or issues.
