If you fail to update your smartphone’s Android software, this can cause camera problems. This is one of the reasons it’s crucial to update the OS as and when due.

Here’s how to carry out a system update:

  • Connect the device to a Wi-Fi network
  • Open Settings
  • Tap System or About Device > System Update
  • Press Check for Updates

Your Android will check for updates automatically and ask you to install the latest OS update available.

Restart the Mobile Phone
