Backing up files on a TECNO phone is very important if you don’t want to lose important information when you lose or change your phone. These files include your contacts, photos, videos, music, messages bearing very sensitive information, and documents.

The need to back these files up cannot be quantified, because when lost, they may not be retrieved again. This is true for photos, and videos, recording memorable moments, etc. When the data is lost, it brings a deep sense of loss and regret.

You can make a TECNO backup in the following ways:

Backing upTECNO files to your SD card.

  • First, insert your SD card on your phone and wait for it to get detected on your phone.
  • Go to the settings app on your phone, and then select the 'system' option and 'back up and restore' respectively
