Android 11: 

  • Launch the Settings app
  • Select Accessibility, then scroll to the bottom.
  • Under EXPERIMENTAL, turn off “Shortcut from lock screen”

Android 10 and below: 

  • Open your device Settings.

  • Select Volume key shortcut
  • Turn off “Allow from lock screen”.
