Once you bring the phone to our repair center, our technicians will first check the phone’s physical condition. After that, the warranty details will also be confirmed and then, both details will be used to calculate the current value of the phone.
Once the value has been determined, you will be called and told the phone’s current value (based on our calculations), the phone’s availability for trade-in, and how much you will have to top-up to each model available to get it. It is that simple!
